Practical Meditation Class

This class is called “Practical Meditation” and will be led by instructor Jerry Ashmore.

The class promises to be extremely beneficial for anyone who chooses to take advantage of it.
The technique of mindfulness meditation is practical, and can be used to combat such
common personal problems as insomnia, anger management, anxiety attacks, and a host
of other mental afflictions. By learning to calm down and focus your attention, you can increase
your sense of well being and happiness. If you plan on participating, please bring along a yoga mat
or thick blanket to sit on. Additionally, if you are more comfortable with your head elevated
while laying down, please bring a pillow as well. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
